Minstrel [BARD_H 4020]

Minstrels further specialize in performances (songs) and ensembles. With Arrow Vulcan, a powerful offensive skill decoupled from ASPD, Minstrels are encouraged to utilize their stat points to further improve their performances and/or their longevity. Additionally, they're able to freely attack and move during ensembles which enables them to utilize their new skills.

Within PvP, they present an unreliable, yet effective, answer to any threat - Tarot Card of Fate. Tarot Card effects cannot be mitigated, and consequently can be used to inhibit or eliminate resilient enemies, e.g. Lord Knights, Paladins, and Stalkers. Although unpredictable, Tarot Card of Fate enables ill equipped guilds to defeat well equipped players.
