Detail

Backstab must be cast "behind" the enemy, defined by the direction the enemy is facing and not their last movement direction. Upon receiving damage from Backstab, the enemy reverses their directional facing, i.e. a 180 degree shift. Valid positions, denoted by the shaded cells, for each facing are presented below.

As the illustrations suggest, if the user is able to position themselves on the same cell as the enemy with a diagonal facing, they may repeatedly cast Backstab without the need to reposition.
