The enemy designated is level dependent, with level 1, 2, and 3 corresponding to the Sun, Moon, and Stars respectively.
When used on monsters, the enemy is subject to size and HP restrictions. When used on players, there are no restrictions. In either case the target is saved by ID, monster ID for monsters and job ID for players, and applies to all enemies with the same ID type. It is notable that job IDs for the same "type" of job differ, i.e. Acolyte, High Acolyte, Priest, and High Priest have different job IDs.
Once set, enemies of the Sun, Moon, and Stars cannot be changed.
