Soul Destroyer damage is composed of two components, ATK and INT, which are calculated separately. The ATK component scales with ATK and skill level, is weapon element, and is mitigated by enemy DEF and FLEE. The INT component scales with INT and skill level, is non-elemental, and ignores enemy DEF and FLEE. The component sum is reduced by enemy defenses.
